i dont have his address, its not like he has it in his sig

the way things stand, if he cant even get on TPU he obviously is quite busy with something else - i've got better things i could spend the money on than this video card now (i had excess money at the time, but i had to take sick days off work since then)

Off to bed before work now, will deal with it after i get back.

If you paid him with paypal it shows you his address in the details section of that paypal transaction.

Well, I had bought the Big Typhoon from Slade.
Paied $32.00 with express shipping.... and he did sent it to where I requested him.... BUT

I'm from Brazil, who would receive it, was a friend on vacation at Cathedral City, CA.
But he was on a vacation job stuff..... the mail couldn't deliver the packet on his home and left a notice............. when he got home, the mail was full, spam as always.... so, he got everything from the mail box, to the trash can........ so was the mail notice.....
He went to pick it up, but the guy requested him the notice usps left... and he didn't had it.... and also said the product was in my name..... but I asked slade to send it in my friend's name............... anyway... he didn't show his ID with his name and wasn't able to pick it up....... then I told him that it was in his name... but he hadn't had anymore time to get it............ so... it's on Cathedral City mail since march, 07.
I PMed since march, 10 Slade, for him to ask the packet back to the mail and send international..... I did said to him I would pay all taxes that applied for it....... but no answer.... I have already sent about 5 pms about it.... nothing...............................

Well.. end of story.....

Anyone from CATHEDRAL CITY, CA willing to win a $10 ? If you made to get it at usps and send it to me on Brazil.... $10 on paypal account.....

More or less he had a trade over there, the item being sold 'broke' and it took slade 3 days to get in touch and refund the money. that was the day BEFORE i sent him the money here.

i am emailing his paypal account now.

He never PM'ed me ages ago. I made offers for items and he never responded. That was back in Feb.

I believe he might have seen the negative eval and said screw it..... I am taking the money and not sending.... what are they gonna do, give me another negative.

But I haven't ever known the guy, so I could be very wrong. But there is no other reason I can think of since he has a history of bad communication. :ohwell:

I bought my Commando MB off him back in January. While it wasn't the swiftest shipping, I paid on Jan 3 and was in my hands on Jan 17, and he kept me informed - PM'd me saying "its packed" and then same/next day with the tracking number. Arrived without any issues.

Although I admit, I did send offers on his 1950xtx in early March (when he listed it at $100), but no confirmed PM back to me so I didn't send the cash. Then he relisted it and Mussels bought it. Don't know whats happened to him since early in the year, but as others state, hope he's ok.

ah screw it, i'm taking it up with paypal now. i no longer have a need for the 1950xtx anyway as i had to buy another card for that system in the meantime.

At the moment i am NOT saying that slade did a runner - but this is also to let him now i'm taking the money back, so dont send the card!

If slade already has sent the card (verified shipped before the date of this message) then i'll pay him again, if it arrives.

update: he hasnt replied to paypal either according to the dispute claim, so i'm going to guess he seriously is out of touch here. For all we know he actually is dead, hospitalized or something as serious as that.

Paypal take at least 10 days to take action once you make a claim, so anyone else missing an item i suggest you take action now.
