I could be wrong, but I don't think GPU-Z reads the process size from the GPU. It uses a database to get that information.

GPU-Z should list it out for you. Reports my GTX 690 and GTX 650 Ti BOOST as 28nm correctly.

You meant this?

GPU-Z reads it from a database, @W1zzard enters that stuff manually

Some things can be read from a driver, but items like release date, nm, die size etc come from a database

thanks bro,is there anyway to get the database?actually i only need the information of nm.

It's literally right here on TPU.

You might want to look at GPUZoo.
Quote from site: "GPUZoo is an online database of video and 3D graphics cards, with extra tools for comparing card specifications, and displaying a chart of all cards, that have certain characteristics."

Its all the bios info-build date of the card/bios etc.

Why dont you just google the GPU and find out? why all the mystery behind what you're trying to find

sorry bro....but i've tried google the thing .and i got other information such as how to get ROPs .etc.
but only nm i cant get.and I can't find it via google
sorry again

Why are you not using GPU-Z? Why are you not telling us the model name of the GPU?

Process size can't be read via software, GPU-Z uses a list of GPUs + their nm size. Same for die size and transistor count
