Modded SLI Forceware

Hey man I did the reg changes and did nothing ..but still the stereo-sli rendering mode is there..so thats good..and one more thing I noticed was that the only time the stereo-sli rendering mode is there is when im in the nvidia contole pannel and in the option to selest program to customise and its on the 3dmark06...and when I pull the tab to a game its no longer there even..and this is all on the same page in the nvidia settings?
 
hmm ok ill mod the reg more and see what i can do with the drivers i need more beta testers to see if this will work multiple machines would be better


EDIT: after installing the entries did you reboot?

well here is a new one try it if this one wont work i can do one more thing to it.

Nope didnt do it...restarted and checked in bios to
 
ok uninstall the drivers clean it up

than when you boot install the reg entry..

now install the drivers but we will do it diff this time...instead of clicking on setup.bat click on primary.exe

This is the most interesting thread I've read yet... at any forum... ever. Subscribed. Tomorrow I'll download your drivers Sol' and give them a shot.

Do you have a dual slot intel board? I can sell you my P35A seeing you have two 9600GT's :)

Last time I've owned an Intel based board was dual socket 370 like five years ago. I have been thinking of picking up an e2200 and testing the waters though. How much did you want for it?
It was more like two and a half years ago (there I go exaggerating again)

Hey solaris..i have a question here...ok so ive always installed the primary setup exe first..then I installed the second exe..then I installed the setup bat..then I would put in the reg edits...is this the right sequence? ...Steve
 
sinister steve, have you considered using showmypc to let solaris help you out with the driver installtions and all?

Ok Solaris I sent you PM with password for you too see my comp with full access
 
ok sinister we will try this later first though i want you to try something i know its a long shot go to my server and DL the 85.95 drivers and install them using the setup.bat file just like you installed drivers the first time...this time though were not going to use reg entries etc.

Beta Tester

Hey, I definately want in on this. I have access to LOTS of hardware so I am more than willing to help out. My personal system (see my sig) has 2 9800 GTX. I'd love to be able to SLI these guys. I have XP Pro 32-bit, Vista Ultimate 32-bit/64-bit. I mainly use Vista 64, but I can help with the other OS's as well. Just let me know.
