I can use this time to predict some more:
1 - TechPowerUp! is going to become a graphics card producer.
2 - TechPowerUp! is going to become a hardware cooler designer (CPU, GPU, chipset, whatever).
3 - TheMailMan is going to become a ÜberMod.
4 - Kreij's contest prize. (which I didn't enter yet, sorry...working on it...kinda)
5 - De.das.dude is going to start reviewing hardware.
6 - W1zzard will debut a cold fusion power plant.
7 - Erocker is going to space.
8 - TechPowerUp! will become accessible only trough an iPhone.

I had some more, which came up to me when I was meditating...but I cannot for the life of me remember them. It has been a busy week.

EDIT: 9 - Cristian_25H is really a media mogul and will start a TechPowerUp! Magazine.

No, I figured it out. TPU is now owned by Bethesda Softworks. Severe glitches (such as a disappearing NPC) will prevent you from completing any of your quests (such as finding out what the surprise is).
