[FS] Seller Forgotten_Realms, Disappeared.. Still owes me Money!!

Im wondering if anyone who has dealt with this guy has heard back from? I was intending to buy his computer until he tried to pull something shady on me.... He ended only refunding $250 + 2600XT for a total of 295.. of the 500 i paid him, he still owes me $205 and now it has been 2-3 Months.... Last i heard from him was 2 months ago saying he was selling some stuff to pay me back then he disappeared and i havent heard from him again.

Long story short, im out $200 which to me is alot.. as i currently dont have work.. needless to say im not too happy... :mad:

Anyone else out there who has dealt with him have similar troubles or heard from him?

I suggest the OP to call the authorities and play some hardball with him to get your money back!

Yeah, that was his thread that I warned everybody and Calvary1980 trolled me about it. I am glad that bitch is gone. I was trying to help the community by freezing his trades here.

Sadly the part of Xazax's trade never went through a full refund. :ohwell:

Gather all the documents of the transactions and print them.

You can file with his local DA at the time the trade had taken place, and they can subpoena Paypal for his bank information. That way you can track him down or at least get it on his record for internet fraud. A civil court will rule in your favor with all the emails and transaction paperwork in hand.

Will it be worth your time? Vengence is a dish best served cold. :pimp:

Xazax I am sorry to hear of this buddy. I hope you can either track this guy down, or do something to get your money back. If you have his name etc... or paypal info or bank info from where he sent you the money, do some digging on the internet man. Thats what I did with that whole ordeal over at Evga.

Found more information than I needed, and was definitely helpful. People like this need to be stopped! :nutkick:

What was the date he scammed you at?

I have records I can go through to find his address if you don't have it already.

We cross-reference that address with the apartment's records to receive his full name. Or at least the guy that will know him.

i"ve saved all the messages from him i could, it goes back to around July 17~ If i recall correctly he gave me two paypal address, one Myron Todd and another.. i forgot the name i'd have to look it up.. but he refunded me the first time because he wanted mme to send the money to the other account so he can pull the money out..

although it probably isnt the same person... sounds quite famailiar to another situation I went though. guy's probably long gone by now. what'd you pay with? (cash, credit, debit?)

he ripped my brother in law off on his "xbox 360" that he says he had. he asked money order, didn't think much about it because it was $250 and paypal takes like 10 of that but still.

He replied to a couple pm's saying that his apartment had some construction done and they had disabled the interent so he wasn't able to reply to any pm's. one he got online he said he would refund the payment or send out the xbox. He "sent" me a money order with a tracking number and the tracking number was for a complete different state. Needles to say i never saw a dime back.

Hey, I went over to B3D and warned the guys over there. He goes by Dragon_CPU on the other forums. What I am doing is that I am going around to see if he shows up on other forums with problems. I hate to see y'all guys being done this way. And if I find him I will report him to there forums, and give y'all his status. It seems that he hasn't logged on since the beginner of September.

Sticky this thread. It serves as an excellent example why you don't piss on your buyers! Pretty messed up that he was bouncing around other forums doing this shet too.
