Should the forum skin be changed?

I don't really care, w1zz is probably too busy doing other things to give a hoot about what colour the forum is. If I had my way it would all be dark and gloomy, just like the rest of my windows look is. Solely because I hate bright colours on my CRT monitor.

I think there should be options for color schemes/skins to choose from, that way we can all have what we like. I like the current setup, but sometimes wish it was a tad on the dark side of the color spectrum. Probably not proper to say, but I was checking out Ashentech's setup and I really like their skin/color scheme setup and the decent ammount of different varieties. I would definately support some sort of TPU version of this feature!

I agree, sometimes I prefer the look of TPU how it is, but other times I wanna tone down the whiteness, go for a darker tone/background. I think a medium-dark gray would be perfect for background for me. White text, maybe silver/light gray for borders, etc.

But the white background is too bright for me. I have very photosensitive eyes, and the white actually gives me a headache unless I turn my monitor's contrast and brightness way, WAY down. Then I have to turn them back up to do anything else. It's a PITA for me.

I understand I'm in the minority, and would never ask for the default theme to be changed to a dark scheme, but is it too much to ask for a few alternate themes in our CP?

Instead of getting wiz to do it, whoever wants a new skin should make their own and email it to wiz to ask if it can be setup. Rather than getting wiz to make a skin that you potentially wont like, thus wasting everyones time.

vbulletin is a very common forum board setup thingy (lol i have no idea what youd call it) so Im sure there should already be lots of skins available (google ftw) that we could use/ask w1z to implement.

same problem here duo to allergies, they make my eyes very sensitive to light,
some less white option would be nice

I understand the option takes space, but a darker option would help a few of us. I would be a killer nice gesture, if W1z did it.

I like the current skin, it just hurts my eyes.

i would actually like a shiny black skin or something..it would make the site look more gamy imo
