LMAO. Yeah I call them shit ,That's why I own 3 AMD systems, NO YOU call them shit , slow and things like that trying to always knock them down against Intel's Always AND I MEAN always posting Intel's faster than your AMD CPU score IN EVERYTHING. (I know you will not understand what I am saying here as well.) Then after all that bashing I get totally pissed and concede to YOUR will and talk the way talk about it and this some how surprises you? For know it all's you all are really dumb.
I Can post where I want and get different views and opinions and even others that may NOT be there HERE. Plus I do not get email notifications and alerts like I do from this forum.
You know?
So with "THIS Dude" it is what it is like it or stop posting in my threads? It is like a personal attract really, A micro aggression and a bully tactic designed to point out I am stupid and unless I meat your expetiez then I am shit.. So I can't post what I want where I want? I can not talk about things unless you YOUR glorious all knowing know it all say's it is okay?
And you wonder why I leave?
IT IS BECAUSE OF YOU!
Any way I do understand a bit better from the people here now that there is a lot more to this "heat" than I thought and for that I thank you.
I will need some better cooling for sure And yes I do run it at 4.0GHz 1.38 Vcore this does get hot when fully loaded (85c) but it could be because I have topped out the HSf or even poor sensors and things built in that are making it read higher to prevent morons like me from burnning a house down. And could also be just the way it runs no biggie really I can live with it if the CPU can LOL.

"Yep seems to me AMD is just CRAP any more I am done with buying AMD stuff I stopped back when the icores came out should have NEVER looked back. I feel like a fool what a moron buying this CRAP!"

"Sure makes me want to smah the crap out of this crap system! What a shear waste of money WOW I feel like a fing fool! Never buy AMD crap AGAIN! EVER! What a WASTE!"

"The only way this CPU could get any faster is if it dies and comes back as a slug!"

"I guess like always AMD once again is a let down. Seems to me the Ryzen CPU as fast as some think it is, Is far from that! Looks like it is RAM dependent and needs a powerful video card with LOTS of video RAM too.
I am NOT pleased at all. what a waste.
a 6 year old Intel core i5 smokes the hell out of a Ryzen 3 1300X! Jesus! What a fing debacle!"
I am NOT saying that NOR DID I SAY THAT. Read.

Micro-aggression. Personal attack. Thanks for the Friday laughs. No one was saying you can't post wherever you feel. Go do your thing bro. Perhaps I just read your posts as aggressive and shouting everyone down - at least in most of the posts I have seen from you. That may well be on me. But I didn't personally attack you, and I certainly don't know what micro-aggression you're talking about there, PC Principal. You did just call us all really dumb, though.
Here's some info you may find helpful:
Above, clocks, vcore, and various other temp/sensor readings after extended gaming session (only Apex Legends, but it'll do). Like I previously said, I did about a 20 minute render in Resolve last night, I live in a warm climate - ambient was down to ~25 when I was doing the render though. My 1700 under the H105 peaked at 72°C and hovered around the 70 mark until the render was done.
I decided to replicate the render, re-rendering the same file in Resolve for you to see temps. This is pretty much a maxed-out CPU load. Note the wattage of CPU+SoC and the temps below:
All CPUs are different, yours may need more vcore to push 4.0GHz, which will lead to more heat. You need a beefier cooler, and some decent TIM to get good temps on these CPUs. A decent 240 or 280mm cooler like a Corsair H115i or one of the others on the market will be great, or you need a big tower cooler like a Noctua NH-U12A/S.
I hope that is a useful comparison... Not sure what else to say.
Thanks for playing.
