What happened to "The Division"?

The GTX 1080 Ti review doesn't have this game.

Why was it removed from the testing suite? It's wildly popular and it has outstanding graphics.

The Division patches get released maybe 3 times a year most. Between 1.5 and 1.6 there were good several months at the very least.

There are no random patches in this game. It's multiplatform, its certification process for PS4/XBO doesn't leave room for randomness.

Let's say you just don't want to, because most other reviewers have no problems with this game. Besides its engine was finalized a long time ago, so new patches don't alter the game's performance.

Have to agree with OP. I play Division since day1 and performance-wise the game is very consistent.

Updates usually deal with balance issues and adding new contents.

W1zzard holds himself to a pretty high standard though, so he can't assume that. He would have to re-bench all cards if a patch was issued, he can't assume it will just "be the same." It's also a big no-no to not be able to go back in patch history to compare performance.

At least, that's what I think of when I think of how he reviews things. It's why I come here first and other places second.

1.6 was released on February 28th 2017.

Three months are more than enough to rebench every GPU in your possession 20 times over. I just don't believe that other games in your benchmark suite never get updated. And most of them require online DRM (Steam/Uplay/Origin) as well.

Also, The Division has a built-in benchmarking mode so unlike many other games you don't need to have sex with Fraps and other obscure solutions for recording frame times.

You just don't want to for some very personal reasons. I've heard no other valid arguments.

I like playing the Division and use the built in bench. I had sound problems using the onboard Realtek on the Asus Sabortooth X99 but switched to an Asus Soar 7.1 with no more sound problems.
the Graphics are great. i currently use the MSI GTX 1080 O'clocked 2560X1440 on Ultra getting 78 FPS average on the bench. Good enough for awhile.

Second.... Respect comes first and if he have a reason for not doing a review on The Division (reason he explained already) just try to understand how hard a reviewer work is.

I played Final Fantasy 14 but can't afford the subscription anymore so I stick to BDO and Division when I can.

EDIT: I should mention I usually go for the big, beefy armor sets when I do play instead of the skimpy stuff. I like my women armored up.
