Alphacool Unveils the Eisbaer Refill Kit

Alphacool today unveiled the Eisbaer Refill Kit. The refill kit contains all of the important tools you need to fill your Eisbaer CPU water cooling system with a few simple steps. This includes a funnel with G1/4" thread, a high-quality thermal paste in a syringe, an adapter cable for the pump and an ATX jumper plug.

Remove the Eisbaer from your ensuring your power supply is turned off. Unplug the 24-pin ATX connector from the mainboard and fit the ATX jumper plug to it. Place the radiator on a table and the Eisbaer CPU/pump/Reservoir unit on a slightly elevated surface. Then simply mount the funnel on the fillport. With the SATA to 3-pin adapter cable you can now connect the pump of the Eisbaer to your power supply. Now slowly fill the Eisbaer with your liquid until the reservoir is full. Now you can switch on the power supply again. The ATX bridging plug starts the power supply unit and the pump of the Eisbaer starts to work. It is important that you turn off the pump occasionally to refill with liquid. The pump must never run dry.

Alphacool Unveils Eisbaer Solo Chrome DIY CPU Pump+Block

Alphacool today unveiled the Eisbaer Solo Chrome DIY pump+block, a variant of Eisbaer Solo that features a chrome mirror-finish body along three out of four sides, and the top, with a clear acrylic window covering one of the sides. You plumb your own coolant tubes and radiator to the contraption, which combines the functionality of a CPU water-block, a 70 l/h pump, and reservoir into one. The pump features an ultra low-noise ceramic bearing and operational speed of 2,600 RPM and a maximum head of 0.85 m. The package includes mounting brackets for LGA2066/2011, LGA115x, LGA1366, and AM4 sockets; in addition to some thermal compound. Available now, it is priced at 54.95€ including taxes.

Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme 280 mm AIO on Display at CES 2019

While we covered the Alphacool Eisbaer Extreme at Computex earlier this year, it was once again on display at CES 2019. This sleek and fully encased 280 mm all-in-one liquid cooler comes ready-to-go out of the box and features an expandable all copper design. Rather than use ordinary fans, Alphacool has partnered with be quiet! to deliver high-quality, low noise cooling with two 140 mm Silent Wing 3 fans taking center stage. They max out at 1300 RPM. The quick release fittings provided for expansion with Eisbaer ready products have also seen improvements in terms of appearance. They now come in all black and are smooth, compared to more angular red and blue color coded versions seen on the Eisbaer LT. The matte black tubing features a high kink resistance, while the rest of the fittings are of course industry standard G1/4".

Cooling of the CPU is handled by Alphacool's Eisblock XPX which is the same here as what they sell directly for those building custom loops. Too keep coolant flowing Alphacool has paired the Eisbaer Extreme with their latest VPP755 pump which supports PWM functionality. In order to keep the entire unit looking clean Alphacool has encased it in an all aluminum housing that encloses and protects the radiator, fans, pump, and reservoir. The system is also fully compatible with Alphacools entire family of Eisbaer ready porducts. Availability is expected soon.

Alphacool Introduces Eisbaer Extreme AIO Liquid CPU Cooler

Alphacool presented their latest Eisbaer Extreme customizable AIO liquid CPU cooler at Computex. The protoype on display was a 280 mm model. Nevertheless, Alphacool will offer the Eisbaer Extreme in 240 mm and 360 mm variants as well. The CPU cooler employs a powerful D5-based pump and an expansion tank with a capacity of approximately 200 ml. There's also a small side window on the reservoir to keep track of the liquid level. Since the cooler utilizes standard G1/4" connections, users are free to swap the black tubing to their liking. The pair of quick-release couplings provides different options for expansion. Users can connect the Eisbaer Extreme to a graphics card waterblock, an external radiator, and many other Alphacool components.

The Eisbaer Extreme will initially be available with the Black Edition featuring a black Eisblock XPX CPU block, kink-proof hoses, and be quiet! Silent Wings 3 fans. A RGB edition will come later on. The RGB edition boasts a RGB illuminated side panel and CPU block from the XPX series. Alphacool hasn't revealed the pricing or availability of the Eisbaer Extreme since the company is still working on the CPU cooler.

Alphacool Announces the Eisbaer LT AIO Family

With the Alphacool Eisbaer LT, you get a high-performance compact water cooling system that's barely inferior to its bigger brother, the Eisbaer AIO.
Just like the Eisbaer, the Eisbaer LT distinguishes itself from the usual AIO mix in that Alphacool relied on normal custom components as much as possible during development. This allows the Eisbaer LT to be expanded on not just with the Eisbaer Ready quick connectors but also with connectors using standard G1/4" threads. Another highlight is the new 25mm thin Slim Radiator, made entirely of copper. Since copper has twice the heat capacity of aluminium, optimal cooling is guaranteed.

The cooler bottom is made entirely of copper and has an ultra-fine cross slot structure. Thanks to those cross slots and a sophisticated nozzle system, heat is absorbed extremely fast and transferred away from the CPU. The built-in DC-LT Ultra Ceramic Low Noise pump is an extremely quiet pump that Alphacool has used in many products. The pump is much stronger than what you'd usually find in AIOs. It can also be throttled with the optional 7V adaptor, decreasing the already low noise generation even further. The pump casing is very flat and the aluminium cap gives it a clean, elegant look.

Alphacool Intros Eiswolf GPX-Pro ATI RX Vega and the NexXxoS GPX for RX Vega

ATI RX Vega cooler, Alphacool has the perfect cooling solutions for the start of the new AMD Vega graphics card generation. The NexXxoS GPX Vega Version now offers an improved backplate with a side shield to cover the PCB. This also improves its cooling performance, since heat is distributed more evenly over the front connection. If you use a graphics card with a NexXxoS GPX cooler and want to switch over to an AMD Vega, you'll be happy to hear about the corresponding upgrade kits for your cooler.

The Eiswolf GPX-Pro will still be an AIO solution, and will still come pre-filled with an integrated pump built around new "reverse flow" technology for whisper-quiet operation. The pure copper radiator from the well-known NexXxoS series with 120mm and a thickness of 45mm provides outstanding cooling performance.

Alphacool Announces the Eisbaer 420 - The World's Biggest AIO solution

What is it?
The Alphacool Eisbaer is an expandable, refillable CPU all-in-one watercooler with a pure copper radiator. The Eisbaer can be expanded with additional Eisbaer Ready products such as the Eiswolf GPX-Pro graphics card cooler, among others.

With the Eisbaer 420mm, Alphacool presents what is currently the largest and most powerful AIO water cooler in the world. With its mighty 420mm pure copper radiator and three 140mm Eiswind fans, the ability to cool any current CPU is more than just guaranteed. The quick connectors mean you can add any Eisbaer Ready products or custom water cooling gear to the cooling loop. The cooling performance of the mighty 420mm pure copper radiator is enough to add more than one graphics card to the loop, or any other components that will be cooled with water. The 420mm pure copper radiator and the included Eiswind fans can easily provide the necessary cooling power.
