Introduction

Razer Logo

Founded in 1998, Razer is a US-based peripherals and gaming equipment company. Compared to the DeathAdder V3 Pro, the DeathAdder V3 loses wireless functionality, but gains the ability to use polling rates of 2000, 4000, and 8000 Hz right out of the box. At 59 g, the DeathAdder V3 is also marginally lighter, and the coating has been changed over the V3 Pro, too. Other than that, little has changed: Razer's latest Focus Pro 30K sensor is used, along with their Optical Mouse Switches Gen-3 rated for 90 million clicks for the main buttons. The shape is unchanged, RGB lighting continues to be absent, the feet once again are made of pure PTFE, and customization is possible within Razer Synapse. Compared to the Viper 8K, the cable is significantly more flexible on the DeathAdder V3, while retaining sufficient shielding to ensure signal integrity at 8000 Hz. Unlike the V3 Pro, the DeathAdder V3 is exclusively available in black.
