The AMD A6-3430MX was a mobile processor with 4 cores, launched in December 2011. It is part of the A6 lineup, using the Llano architecture with Socket FS1. A6-3430MX has 1 MB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1700 MHz by default, but can boost up to 2.4 GHz, depending on the workload. AMD is building the A6-3430MX on a 32 nm production process using 1,178 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on A6-3430MX, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 45 W, the A6-3430MX consumes typical power levels for a modern PC. AMD's processor supports DDR3 memory with a dual-channel interface. This processor features the Radeon HD 6520G integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the A6-3430MX, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
