X1900gt Unlock Bios Found!!!

Strange numbers. you get higher 03 and 06 benches then i. and im running 600/720 on all stock voltages but getting 88xx in 05, amd 64 3000+ @ 2.34ghz.

And have you tried the mod bios with 1,4125? I shall work, the other for 580pro almost fried my card

Last time I tried CCC, it didn't apply the clocks that I asked it to. Change in CCC indicated no change in ATITool, even with the ativexx2 2d/3d clock switcher disabled.

Try it out, if your fans act funny, Ill change back the fan pwm.

This is made from Migou's Sapphire BIOS, it should work for yours.

I would say the first person who gets it right would probably be laydback. He's fiddling around with the BIOS hex codes more than I am. Besides, I don't know much about HEX and ASCII.

Hrmm, that might be worth a try. I opened up the BIOS you just modded the vgpu on , and its already set to "18" , maybe changing the deviceID to match the pro bios triggers something. It's worth a try for whoever is willing to risk it.

CCC overdrive thingy works fine for me. i use ATI TRAY TOOLS to monitor temp and clock speeds.. everytime i go in to 3d mode the clock raises and lowers.. but as soon as i use atitool and disable the overdrive triggering system it just stays at the stock clocks.. try not to dissable the switcher and you should see a change..

You need increase GPU voltage. Default 3D voltage is 1.25V, increase to 1.4-1.5V and then you see...

ur cpu is bottleneking ur card i think because i got 10,147 on 3d mark 05

No, its not... i check serveral tests X1900GT and its all 8500 - 8800 points... (CPU AMD X2 4800+)
I run 3Dmark05 again and result is 8950 points, its maximum.... (on 12 pipes)

From all that I've tried (x1300pro, x1300pro agp, x1600pro agp, x1600xt, x1800xl, x1900gt) mem timings cannot be changed.
