Thermaltake Power Supplies Units Ready for Intel Haswell CPUs

Intel will soon introduce the new 4th generation Intel Core processors, code-named "Haswell", the new technology for reducing power consumption of the CPU in sleep mode. The new C6 and C7 states are able to reduce the CPU power consumption to just 0.05A (0.6W) while previous Ivy Bridge processors draw up to ten times more minimum power. As this resulting from the deep sleep state, when most other 12V devices are either turned off or in low power state, this significantly decreases the 12V load on the power supply.

Thermaltake, being an industry leader in computer chassis, thermal solutions, and power supply units announces the latest news that most high-end power supplies of Thermaltake are fully compatible with Haswell CPUs. All current high-end and mainstream PSUs from Thermaltake are already prepared for the new Intel processors to deliver stable voltages to achieve maximum energy savings.

Yes, but the fan will be stuck at full speed, it will max at 773W and only 15 of the 24 pins on the main motherboard connector will be active and used.
Also, one of the SATA power connector cables will be limited to ODD mode (which means it will only power ODD).

It most likely is compatible. The problem here is with the loading on the 12v rails being so low, in C6/C7. Some power supplies mess up voltage values if all rails aren't properly loaded (or with a minimum load).
Anyways, if you aren't sure that your power supply is compatible with such low loads, just disable C6/C7 states when you install it with Haswell hardware (which should be the case by default on the motherboard's BIOS) and use C3/C4 states for standby mode.

Since Thermaltake doesn't produce their PSUs, you have to take their word and hope whomever does supply their PSUs builds proper PSUs. Better yet, just skip Haswell as it's marginally improved over IB.

Given the USB 3.0 sleep state issues that will supposedly be present with C1 stepping of Z87 (and so on) chipset(s) a lot of people may be disabling all their sleep states or by default the motherboard manufacturers might do so.
