The company is commemorating 10 years of its flagship Lightning brand of graphics cards that have the highest factory-overclock, the most features, and the best cooling solution you can buy from MSI. There already is an RTX 2080 Ti Lightning, and the 10th Anniversary Edition isn't a special livery. It's a brand new card with the same PCB as the original.
