NVIDIA Won't Launch GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super

During this year's E3 event, NVIDIA launched a new, refreshed lineup of "Turing" graphics cards, called GeForce RTX Super. They revealed that the "Super" refresh will be present for GeForce RTX 2060, RTX 2070 and RTX 2080, without disclosing whatever they will update GeForce RTX 2080 Ti as well. There were a plethora of rumors speculating CUDA core count and GPU core configurations for 2080 Ti Super model, with some claiming that it will feature a full TU102-400 die that is found on RTX Titan graphics card.

However, according to Anthony Garreffa from TweakTown, during the GeForce RTX Super release event, he asked senior vice president of NVIDIA's PC business, Jeff Fisher, will there be a release of GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super graphics card. To that question Jeff replied with a simple "would not be", meaning that the current "Super" lineup is complete as it is. Additionally, it is quite reasonable for NVIDIA not to give RTX 2080 Ti a "Super" treatment as that would close the performance gap between GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and RTX Titan graphics cards, possibly compromising the sales of the RTX Titan GPU.

bugSure kid. Whatever you say.
Thank you for admitting I am correct, as the link I provided shows. Does not happen often so I will take it where I can get it. Also, being called kid at 52 is a compliment so, nice try. :D However, I do not need the Navi since I already own a Vega 56 and do not game all that often, anymore. Wait for Big Navi, I guess.

It's not a compliment, because you earned that based on how you act/post. Besides reality, now you've confirmed you're immune to sarcasm as well (not much of a surprise there).

Nah, just immune to you, thankfully. As for Navi doing well, that is a fact. Besides, without Navi, Super would not have been released, just saying. Also, it now has made the 2060, 2070 and 2080 a no buy now. (Radeon VII as well but, they are already EOL anyways.) That and if you need a good card that is cheaper, a Vega 56 does a great job as well. Oh, it is a compliment whether you choose to make it that or not so, I say, thank you. :)

Anyways, no 2080 Ti Super anywhere in sight but hey, Nvidia thinks they are probably safe and AMD is not really a threat. Could be they will be B'Slapped because of their possible complacency but, we will see, eventually. Oh, as for Vega being the next great thing, the person who sold you on that now works for Intel, so, you where saying?
