I bought their 2x 16 GB Patriot Viper Steel Series DDR4-3600 (CL18) a few weeks ago to go along with my ASRock B550M Pro4 / Ryzen 5 5600X and they weren't stable past 3200 MHz, despite a lot of quality technical support from ASRock (shout out to them).

Replaced it with 2x 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600 (CL18) and they worked at 3600 MHz instantly.

3600 CL18 is a lottery bin. You could get Samsungf B-Die or you could get some utter crap.
I bought their Viper 4400 CL19 and it's running at 3733 CL14. Samsung B-Die. Very pleased.

The worst ram i've ever had... they can't even run stable at 3166MHz. i got black screen sometimes (don't mind 3200mhz).
i had a HyperX furyX 2666mhz 8gb and it's most stable than this one, even overclocked at 3200mhz.
