Man Kills Daughter After she Broke his Xbox
Tyrone Spellman has been convicted of murdering his daughter, in an angry rage that was ignited because she knocked over his Xbox. According to media reports, Spellman's daughter Alayiah pulled on the cords of the Xbox, causing the system to fall down and break. Spellman then struck his daughter so hard that he cracked her skull, said prosecutors. He may also have thrown her across the room, according to initial claims. Spellman, who confessed to the crime within 24 hours, originally told the police that Alayiah fell out of her bed, and then tried to claim his confession was only out of protection for his wife. Spellman's wife was asleep during the incident. The Department of Human Services had previously been tipped by an anonymous caller that Alayiah's parents were abusive, but they were previously unable to find any evidence. Spellman was convicted of third-degree murder and child endangerment, and faces up to 47 years behind bars.

Put him in a padded, sound proof room and pipe in the sound of babies crying at a decible level just over the threshhold of pain. Leave him in there until he is totally insane. Then take him out back and give him lead poisoning (if you get my drift).
There is another point to make here also.
In Bulgaria, you have a little over 8 million people.
We have over 9 million people in and around the city of Chicago alone.
The population of the US is around 300 million.
More people = more chance of freaks.
Based off the shape of the nose, the distance betweenthe eyes. You might have been killed. Everyone everywhere is sick.
Religious nutjobs on both sides killing one another for ideas perpetuated by those in power. Many times the same religion.
Of course what the dam basterd did was just fucking insane and just wrong no doubt about it, but do we go as low as him and kill him as well?

You cant just kill your neightbour because he killed your friend, you would turn into a murderer like him.
I, for one, know of no person on here that wouldn't want to see the death pent. happen to this guy. Its going to happen.... Its a terrible thing that has happened.
Look at it like this people, this is going to be yet another thing for FOX and CNN to talk bad about on gamers... The guy is going to get what is coming to him.. Thank God for the Justice system for a few things...
Now, only if the justice system is a little faster... :banghead:
I say, stone him to death - or better yet, subject him to a form of stoning that was carried out on suspected witches during the colonial period. Tie him to the ground and lay heavy stones on him one by one until he's crushed to death, and bury him right there.

and the way I look at it - genetics and up bringing affect how we as individuals are; People who can commit such atrocious acts should be permanently removed from the gene pool, so that any violent traits can be squelched - asides, public boradcasting of such punishments for these crimes, and I guarantee you that people will act more like civil, peaceful adults than like children. I think so many people have become jaded by a criminal system here in the US that hides away our criminals instead of making examples of them, that no one stops to think about the consequences of their actions anymore.
