How many infractions have you got now? It's a wonderfully authoritarian, self-important word one can take the piss out of, can't they? The sort of word one hears on Deep Space 9 or other sci-fi shows where they do political scenes with senates, court martials etc.

I've only ever had two infractions.

Well I can only see one page of my infractions now but I think the count is close to 100 points and 3 bans. Mods give me infraction points now if Ive been a good boy.

It's easy to become a mod.
Start your own webiste and then beg to be a mod.
If your request is denied you can pretty much be assured that you'll never be a TPU mod. lol

On topic : I haven't heard anything lately on whether they plan on implementing any type of word whacker on not. Maybe Bta will come along and enlighten us.

from my side there never really was a plan to implement censoring .. that's why i asked for this thread and poll (without posting my own opinion to not affect others) .. had there been an overwhelming demand for it with good reasons i would have added it, but as it looks now it's not worth it

To me, it would be a way to "corperatize" the site. For there to be it.. It's not really needed for the fact we do tend to weed out the ones that will go off and become a sailor for it..

TPU is a great site and has been for well over 5y now.. You gain more and more people each day, as a part of it being a site that is well rounded.. I'm glad for how it is going, and happy for it to stay the way it has all ways been.

I'm a perfectionist, so if you look at my posts, you'll see how many times I go back and change some small detail (usually speling), add a bit, or clarify the post.

XS does this... prohibited words become bananas.

i didnt like it when XS banned the use of BP, Bitspower and other non offensive wording. you could hardly read anything with all the bananas everywhere.
