Oh yes, you're definitely a liar.And if you worked for the government agency involved, as I do, you would understand that I cannot do that without losing the means to support my family.
I would hope after years of interaction on here and in PM's and even a friendship, after a fashion, you would allow me a little bit of credibility and suspension of your disbelief on a subject I obviously know well because it is my profession.
But seriously, as you've seen these things from the inside and I know you to be a decent and trustworthy person, I'm inclined to take your word for it rather than some research organization which might have been paid off to come up with a certain result. Not saying they did, but I can't rule it out either. The result could be wrong for many other reasons too, outside of corruption.
