Share your AIDA 64 cache and memory benchmark here

Hi, do you think I can "copy" some times you have with my 4200 frequency? Thank you.
Pointless really. Cezanne's memory controller is different and I'm running 4 sticks so yours should actually be better

Ok thanks and sorry for the stupid question.

Nah there's no stupid questions. Ryzen is difficult to wring all of the performance out, especially Cezanne there aren't any good guides out there for that AFAIK.

Anyways, Finally got a chance to pop this 5950X into the main test bench. It curiously won't POST with 1900MHz FCLK even with bclk adjustments and extra voltage. Weird it would POST with higher FCLK just WHEA errors though so I dialed it back to 1867MHz and it seems to like that. I am using my previous timings so they can probably be tightened a little.

I see that you have the tRCDWR at 8, do you think I can lower it too to 8 with the b-die or do you also need to change something else to lower it? Thank you.

I'd try it. Might work, might not, but if it does then it helps a bit. You obviously know how to CLEAR CMOS when you have borked up your timings so far, so really you can push it as far as you have the patience to try it.

Very light settings (ram tested at CL15 4000-4233 on another newer gen pc) two ryzen ready kits patriot viper 4 blackout 4133mhz but works with this old skylake but i have to set a lot of things to even start.
But it is a good start.

Hi all is there any point in disabling spd read optimization? and if so to what?

Rolling with the latest AGESA.. nice and conservative..

I managed to post and pass the stability tests at 4266mhz but I had to adjust the dram voltages to 1.40v to be stable.

And with better timings.

Hey folks, been a part of other forums for a while but just have been a lurker here. Would love help to push my 4x8gb Single Rank kit further. Hard to tell if I'm hitting board, ram, IMC issues etc. Thank you!
Corsair Dominator platinum 320016-18-18-36 at 4000 16-18-18-39/40 1.43v with some additional tweaks. Full writeup here in case anyone is interested. This kit is 4x8gb SR 3200 Dominator Platinum (white) @ 16-18-18-36 (two kits of 2x8gb) @ 1.35v XMP running at 4000 16-20-20-40 at 1.44v IO/SA 1.3/1.35v

tRFC 583-585 @ 4000, 555-560 @ 3800
(I know CJR can do ~260-270ns but Micron rev E cannot)

trefi 25-35k for now

TRDDS 4, TRDDL 6, Tfaw 16, RTP 6, TWR 13 (with 12 entered in bios, should I try 10?)
Can I boot 4133+? Anything else looks glaringly of or can be tuned at this frequency? Thank you!

Cpu is 52/49 1.425v bios LLC4, runs way less under load SP78 Chip h150i elite capellix, tested up to 53/50 Ht on 54/50 HT off.

Updated benches (doing further testing with PPD 0 tXP 4-6) - does keeping c states on etc mess with this? Should I touch any of the cpu power limits?
Max tREFI 1.44vdimm IO/SA 1.3/1.35

Maybe will try lowering tCWL to 14, tCKE to 7,possibly tRDD_L to 4, tWTR L/S to 7/3, 6/2 respectively but would need some more input probably. Can try the tRAS down a notch or two again but these all might be pushing it.

Also got advice to try the 4 timings under tCKE timing to 7/4/6/6 or even 6/4/6/6 and the next 4 at 11/11/11/11 - maybe still get tRDWR_dr down to 10, maybe 8? tRDWR_dd might do 10?

Can tWRRD_dg go to 25? Man I opened a can of worms as I'm still fairly a noob with ram, seems like over time I keep pushing vdimm and IO/SA with all these tweaks and end up taking things a tick further. Still shocked where I've gotten though and glad I fell down the rabbit hole! Thanks all

Good or bad no idea let me know!

DDR4 and DDR5 are boring for latency :D

We were able to get lower with DDR3, but with way lower transfer speeds..

Been awhile since we saw high 20s to low 30s.

Dual vs. single rank seems to affect only copy speed, boosting it by over 2000 MB/s. But read and write didn't change when using the same settings:

3800 C14 tRC 43 tFAW 32 tRFC 266 1.48v, I heard that b-dies can go down to C12 too but I think I should increase the voltage quite a lot what do you think?

Leve some for the rest of us , could you?

Hi all friends what do you think of my result and if you have any advice to give or something I can improve I'm at 1.49v

@Marcoz Why 2T command rate, for stability or auto?
With two 8GB single rank 2T shouldn't be a must.

What is happening here?? Looks like Teamgroup 7800 memory downclocked to 6600? The timings look great. On a 7950X3D... Is it stable?
Doesn't seem to add up, theoretical limit is 6600MT/s*8*2 = 105.6GB/s , where is the extra 38.42GB/s coming from?
