NVIDIA GeForce GT 130M
The GeForce GT 130M was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in January 2009. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G96 graphics processor, in its N10P-GE1 variant, the card supports DirectX 10.0. The G96 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 144 mm² and 314 million transistors. It features 32 shading units, 16 texture mapping units and 8 ROPs. NVIDIA has placed 1,024 MB GDDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 128-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 600 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
