Making the band on the lower edge of the screen thicker than the other three sides doesn't make it "frameless".
It's still blatantly obvious when you look at the screen.

Cool. Now can they get the Momentum 328M1R to market, please? It was first announced for a May 2020 launch, then delayed to have HDMI 2.1 added, then announced for Q1 '21, yet we're nearing the end of Q2 and there's no sign of it. Is the chip shortage killing HDMI 2.1 as well?
