Am I reading wrong or there is not a 32GB kit that goes over 1600 MHz?

I mean they should atleast have a 32GB (4x4) 1866 MHz.

MabanI'd expect better latencies from a milestone product.
If memory OEMs could give you better reliably, they would. That is truly out of their hands, as the buy the ICs form the companies that make them, and assemble the DIMMs themselves. Current ICs just aren't capable of tight timings overall, but with binning, can scale frequency high enough that timings don't matter.

FYI, JEDEC 1600 MHz timings right now are 11-11-11-28. Anything faster than that is a bonus, and I see most kits with CL9, or CL11 @ 2133 MHz and over.
