ASRock Announces its Full Range of Intel 500-series Chipset Motherboards

The leading global motherboard manufacturer, ASRock, proudly announces its comprehensive new range of motherboards featuring Intel 500 series chipsets, supporting current 10th Generation Intel Core Processors and new 11th Generation desktop processors enabling PCI-Express Gen-4. Designed for the premium market, the "uncompromised performance" ASRock Z590 Taichi embraces the latest USB4 standard with Thunderbolt 4 technology, providing an incredible 40 Gb/s transfer rate that is perfect for ultra-high speed external storage devices.

Killer WiFi connectivity features the latest WiFi 6E standard, which embraces the 6 GHz band for extreme throughput performance and the lowest latency. Together with its Killer LAN onboard, Killer Double Shot can be used to combine both connections together, maximizing networking performance. New features added to ASRock's premium 500 series motherboards include the Lightning Gaming Ports that uniquely use custom engineered USB signal lanes to accommodate the latest gaming mice with ultra-high polling rates; whereas traditional USB signal design cannot fully support this high report rate gaming peripheral therefore limits performance.
Showcasing its true, gaming-focused design, the Z590 PG Velocita incorporates the CPU Direct Source LAN. Unlike others that are gaming in name only, the Killer E3100 2.5G LAN chip on the ASRock Z590 PG Velocita can be controlled directly by the CPU, providing the lowest possible latency and significant overall networking performance boost, ensuring users always have the edge in battle with the lowest pings possible.

Memory overclocking is now available on all ASRock Z590, H570 and B560 motherboards, giving more users the best performance potential. All Steel Legend motherboards use a 6-layer PCB for optimized signal and power tracing, lowers board temperature as well as improving memory stability at higher frequencies, and further overclocking potential.

Every motherboard in this series is equipped with 2.5Gb/s LAN and a front panel USB 3.2 Gen-2x2 header. 2.5 Gb/s LAN boosts networking performance 2.5X over typical home ethernet speeds. It is ideal for home NAS streaming and backups, content creators, online gamers, and the demands of enthusiasts for lower-latency gaming, faster file transfers and performance that keeps up with modern SSDs. Similarly, USB 3.2 Gen-2x2 is capable of 20 Gbps throughput, providing the most convenient access for USB storage devices in need of extreme speeds.

ASRock Pro4 Series for Mainstream Builders
ASRock is keen to support all PC builders, from premium to entry level. The Z590 Pro4 (ATX) and Z590M Pro4 (micro ATX) both use a 6 layer PCB and 12 phase Dr.MOS VRM, bringing incredibly powerful performance and superb overclocking potential to more users than ever. Dr.MOS fully integrated MOSFETs operate more efficiently than alternative solutions, enabling lower temperatures and improved sustained performance.
Bringing PCIe Gen-4 to Everyone

ASRock is bringing the benefits of PCIe Gen-4 to everyone, from premium to entry level. All ASRock B560 motherboards include at least one PCIe Gen-4 x4 M.2 SSD slot (when 11th Gen Intel Core Processors are used), embracing the latest PCIe Gen-4 SSD devices with the best performance for the widest number of PC builders. Even the entry B560M-HDV offers two M.2 Key-M slots, provided by PCIe lanes from CPU and chipset respectively.

With a wide range of options available including everything from entry to premium, mini-ITX, mATX and ATX, look no further because the ASRock 500 series motherboards bring incredible performance, best-in-class features, and stylish designs throughout its comprehensive range.

"Lightning Gaming Ports that uniquely use custom engineered USB signal lanes to accommodate the latest gaming mice with ultra-high polling rates."

Is there something new found industry push for 2000Hz/4000Hz suddenly is that the mouse industries in place of high DPI as a marginally less 0.01ms latency average percentiles useless marketing tool that I missed or is AsRock getting creative and stretching their own slightly less than the mouse peripheral industry with the former!!? Give us dual USB port connected mice with PAM4 and maybe we'd be getting someplace with latency on the fast lane highway to diminishing returns.

Ok, there's officially nothing unique about the aesthetics of the Taichi this generation. At least on Z490, X370/470/570 and B550, the Taichi had a unique aesthetic. The cog and gear theme remained, but every model had it's own uniqueness. With Z590 though, not anymore. It officially looks like every other black board out there.

Elsewhere, I'm actually digging the look of the PG board. Mah chrome queen approves :D
