Feedback & Bug Reports for new Forums

So I am still having trouble multi-quoting when one of the posts is on a different page. I will hit the "Reply" and then go to the next page to add another "Reply" (to multi-quote) and the first "reply" I had is gone.

The "recent posts" table is back!! Yaaayy!! Thanks W1z :D

Yes, this is annoying. Ctrl-a and ctrl-c is quick but still.

Another fun thing is that on the laptop in sig the ui is too slow for my typing. I can type entire sentences before anything appear on screen. It only happens on this forum. Using Firefox. It is a slow computer, but again, it only happens here, and it's just typing. Backspacing is interesting too, I either have to backspace sloooowly and carefully or just guess when to release the key. I am getting pretty good at it. :D

And I am not a quick writer.

got this thread running with the table/list thing.

problem is the sorting commands are a little wonky

clearly theres no way to make it work perfect if people type things differently, but could we at least get plain numbers sorting correctly without needing to write extra zeroes at the front?

after firs quote save draft and then go to next page

Yes I suppose that would work. But too many steps for a simple task in my book. Copy/paste does the same...

I'm pretty sure that it's just doing a string sort, which would make it difficult without adding zeros, even more so when each field isn't strictly just a number.

Thanks for bringing back the 'recent discussions' box!

Thanks W1z. Have been not so frequent here since the last facelift of the forum, but now it looks much better, again feeling at home now.

Insert link is broken?
Gonna try it again here...
Link to Freeware. (edit: I deleted the link here)

edit: No, it works.

The DARK BLUE color of links in post is confusingly close to the dark grey of the normal text. Should be more bright.

LOL dat 404 page

it seems that entry has been deleted, the thread (which isn't in the gallery forum) still exists
i just think that when this forum transformed into xenforo old gallery left and not merged

Are "NEW POSTS" and Watched threads working correctly? For example, I post in a thread I happen to be watching, but when I go to NEW POSTS it does not show up there. A new post is just that, a new post and should show up there regardless if I am watching a thread or not. I do not know if that is the issue, but is another thing I noticed.

EDIT: Yeah, this thread doesn't show up there either, just in 'recent posts'.

This is still entirely too confusing to navigate for me... :(

"New Posts" won't show anything that you've read. That's the difference between new and recent.

Thank you for clearing that up. :)

That... is just plain stupid to me though. Two links, strikingly similar that can be accomplished with one. Ditch new, and leave recent would be my choice... one or the other anyway, not both.

I keep trying to come back and be more active, but the frustration in navigating the new site just has not faded yet... :(

How can i delete the draft? I hate draft!

In order to edit my post (which contains a quote) i used the reply button to get a new clean copy of someone's post, but that automatically creates a DRAFT for a new post. That DRAFT will not disappear, even after refreshing the page. Where is the button to delete draft???

You can just remove the text. Or do you mean a function to disable the draft thing entirely?

Just remove the text. Of course. Thanks!

can we get the ability (for staff) to add multiple OP's to a post?

some of the benchmark threads get abandoned because the OP is gone, it'd be nice if we could just set a new owner/group of owners to update it.
