hmm depend on price....... becouse now i have two xeons e5 2699 V4 22+22 - 88 cores HT on 2100 mhz uder heavy load avx for exemple. FOR 750 +750 usd from ebay es cpus + mobo supermicro and 64 gb 2133 mhz ddr4 ram cost me cca 2500 usd TOTAL .
so if TWO amd niples 128 HT cores maybe on 2500mhz on heavy load with avx will cost 2000usd with shipping and tax.... it will be better than intel .. but i think not will happen
naples will huge big cpu s and price will higher than intel .
its still so many EE 2699v4 on ebay if somebody want many cores fro some application

Comparing the eBay price to the new price is a little unfair. For enthusiasts it might be a alternative but big businesses usually goes to a dealer to get new stock, and this series of CPUs are meant for big businesses.

There should be 64 MB of L3 cache on the 32 core version. Not 32 MB as the article states.
