Now that is a friggin press release! None of that half a page nonsense. All the info you could ever want but the specific per module timings and price :/
Of course i want to know what ics are in what but that will reveal itself soon enough.
It is good to see someones gearing up for the chipset wars! Mo memory! Mo memory! Mo memory! STOP! Hahaha

You aspiring mb/memory reviewers had better hustle it up!

Oh cool more ddr4 and ddr3... Hold up, wait a minute. Are they still making new ddr3 modules. Aren't ddr3 supposed to be EOL?

Now with DDR5 around the corner as well. DRR3 dosent make so much sense any more or does it.

I have just retired my own ddr3 pc in form of X58. But making new ddr3. Systems with ddr3 are so old now, so does it even make sense to buy new modules over used once.

Many laptops, prebuilts and business computers are working perfectly fine, but may have a low (2-4GB) amount of RAM. Considering current shortages and high prices, an upgrade to higher speed and/or capacity would revive a starving system without having to dump cash down the drain for a new build.

Hopefully somewhat decent ics, 3600 cl16 or better all the way without some crappy dies, but proper overclocking stuff would be fun. Make it somewhat competitive to G.Skill for example, atleast if they don't just reuse their old stuff.

From what I'm seeing, this is just to phase out the HyperX brand from their existing RAM SKUs after they sold it to HP.

Same as before I'm abs sure. Well they tuned the XMP a bit for some SKUs, can't take that away.
They seem to be VERY cost-aware a company. It's whatever does its rated specs, not MuH b-DiE mUh DjR!!1 It can be "Kingston-die" of a really hard to decipher origin if they feel like it, take ValueRAMs or former Furies for example (Predators were usually properly branded for some reason).

P.S. "lottery" bins (like 3200 16-18-18) of G.skill can be hot garbo too, depending on the batch and as such, their guts. Whatever the series. From Aegis to TridentZ Royal (yup).
