GeIL's new Esoteria Series

Like the name suggests, this Series of memory is specialized in nature, designed with the enthusiasts in mind. Racing-inspired, the Esoteria Series is screaming for speed while boasting real carbon-fiber integrated onto the heat-spreaders. The carbon fiber is made by renowned aftermarket BMW Tuner-Vorsteiner with dry vacuumed form inspired by F1 racing technology. This is no wannabe imitation of fake carbon fiber. Each of the Esoteria carbon fiber heat-spreader requires being hand crafted for proper fitment. GeIL didn't just stop at the looks. After all, it is what's under the hood that counts. Optimized SPD to couple with the high-grade chips used in the Esoteria, overclockability has been increased while retaining stability. Due to the advanced and complexity nature of this product, it will be shipped in limited quantities.

I wonder how much the carbon-fiber actually helps (or doesn't) with cooling?

I don't think carbon fibre helps with the cooling, it should decrease the cooling performs than metals such as aluminium.

Is it the orange sticks you have? I can get mine to 960 with slacker timings but I run 24/7 @ 900 5-4-5-12 @ 2.3v

Nice sticks. Carbon Fiber is lighter, allows more air and actually does help pull heat away. Its another reason why the Fast and the Furious use it. Lightweight, heat draw, etc.

Can't say on this have never had it. BUT I have a complete carbon fiber exhaust on my crotch rocket and after an hour of riding I can put my hands on it and it feels nice and warm not hot at all.

Carbon fiber will conduct electricity, but hardly any heat. it is made of the same stuff as diamonds, but the molecules are too far apart. i am working on some things now with CF...i'll keep in touch...

Thermal Conductivity (W/mK) of type II carbon/carbon ribbon==429!!! This stuff is way different than the stuff i use for my structural projects.
