Razer Introduces BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% Wireless Keyboard

Razer, the leading global lifestyle brand for gamers, today unveils the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% empowering gamers with ultimate control and personalization, shattering the boundaries of the traditional keyboard experience. Building on the success of the award-winning BlackWidow V4 75%, this new wireless, hot-swappable gaming keyboard combines Razer HyperSpeed and 4K Hz Razer HyperPolling technology with an onboard OLED display for ultimate customizability. Along with its immersive features, this ensures that the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% offers an unparalleled gaming keyboard experience.

"The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% is the result of our relentless pursuit of gaming excellence," said Barrie Ooi, Head of Razer's PC Gaming Division. "With its hot-swappable design, Razer HyperSpeed wireless technology, and a built-in OLED display, this keyboard empowers gamers to create a setup that truly reflects their style and gain more control than ever before."
OLED Display with the Razer Command Dial - For Maximum Control and Customizability
The OLED display allows gamers to view key information like PC metrics, keyboard status, custom animations and audio meter visualization. It also enables gamers to adjust keyboard settings on-the-fly, including polling rate, lighting effects, power saving options and more. Paired with the Razer Command Dial, the keyboard offers gamers extensive control at their fingertips, with a range of functions including volume adjustment, zoom, track selector, and more.

To ensure users benefit from the latest features, the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% works exclusively with Razer Synapse 4. This guarantees access to all customization options, enhancing the overall user experience.
True 4K Hz Wireless & Bluetooth 5.1 Connectivity - For Seamless Response and Connectivity
Featuring two highly requested features from the gaming community — Razer HyperSpeed Wireless technology and Razer HyperPolling technology at up to 4K Hz, the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% delivers unmatched responsiveness and ultra-low latency.

Gamers can also seamlessly connect and toggle between up to 3 different Bluetooth devices, and even maintain these wireless connections while charging the keyboard via cable, ensuring continuous control and convenience. In addition, the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% introduces a robust new Power Saving Mode, designed to maximize battery life by deactivating the OLED display and keyboard backlighting, and pausing communication with Razer Synapse. With it enabled, the keyboard achieves up to 2100 hours of battery life, providing stable, uninterrupted gameplay in its most energy-efficient state.

Hot-swappable Design with Pre-loaded Razer Orange Tactile Switches Gen-3
The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% is compatible with both 3 and 5-pin mechanical switches, allowing users to easily customize their preferred key feel. The keyboard's design, together with the pre-loaded Razer Orange Tactile Switches, has been crafted to provide a satisfying key feel and a sound signature that resonates with keyboard enthusiasts.
Optimized Typing Experience with Enthusiast-Grade Typing Acoustics
The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% features a gasket-mounted white FR4 plate, plate foam, case foam, and screw-in stabilizers factory-lubricated with Krytox GPL 205g0, a lubricant preferred by enthusiasts. This configuration ensures a clean typing sound with minimal rattle. The gasket-mounted plate offers a more flexible typing experience, coupled with a tape-enhanced PCB to absorb higher frequencies while reflecting lower ones for a distinctive acoustic profile.

2-side Underglow with Per-Key Lighting Powered by Razer Chroma RGB
Gamers can elevate their battlestation aesthetics with vibrant Razer Chroma RGB lighting. Featuring per-key illumination and a striking 2-side underglow, users can personalize their setup and experience dynamic lighting effects that react seamlessly to hundreds of integrated games. These vibrant lighting effects can be customized through the new stand-alone Razer Chroma app, allowing gamers to create dynamic lighting profiles that match their playstyle and setup.

Textured Doubleshot PBT Keycaps - For Enhanced Durability and RGB Shine-Through
Reflecting another popular request from the keyboard community, the fadeproof keycaps maintain a matte, textured finish and are optimized for greater backlight illumination, ensuring a premium look and feel. Crafted from Doubleshot PBT with a modified composition to ensure superior RGB shine-through, these keycaps boast exceptional durability and a textured finish for a superior gaming experience.

Magnetic Plush Leatherette Wrist Rest - For Extended Comfort
The soft, cushioned wrist rest securely snaps to the keyboard magnetically, providing ergonomically designed support and comfort for prolonged gaming sessions, ensuring gamers can perform at their best in complete comfort.

No "end" key, seemingly no/very little control function on F/Fn keys. But RGB/OLED/MAYBEALSOARTIFICIALINTELLIGENCE? For that price? What a joke...

soo... they expect people to pay 300 USD for a 50-100 USD keyboard just because it has their branding and software...

I thought gaming companies were finally starting to catch up keyboard wise but this has pretty much reset my expectations. Logitech and Razer currently on the trash list.

how is a small company able to make a $300 board actually be worth the money with limited designs and aluminum/brass parts and quality switches/plates and thick pbt keycaps and Razer with their much more significant economies of scale and budgets and engineers and everything can't pull it off. Baffles me. I would buy or at least consider buying a $300 Razer keyboard if it was actually worth $300. They could come out and set a standard for this market. Instead they release this garbage because the average parent shopping at Best Buy sees it on the shelf all shiny and new and says why not.

It's much more sad really for the average consumer who wouldn't know any better and the fact that Razer leaves it to the smaller manufacturers like Wooting, Qwertykeys to innovate so they can just copy and paste and add double the price on-top. Honestly these gaming brands suck.

As someone who's today RMA'd the Non-wireless one because of a bad pcb/sockets resulting in repeat/ghost inputs - Hard pass.

I'm done with Razer keyboards, I'll stick to the Keychron Q series.
