The FirePro 2450 Multi-View was a professional graphics card by ATI, launched in January 2009. Built on the 55 nm process, and based on the RV620 graphics processor, the card supports DirectX 10.1. The RV620 graphics processor is a relatively small chip with a die area of only 67 mm² and 181 million transistors. It features 40 shading units, 4 texture mapping units and 4 ROPs. ATI has placed 512 MB DDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 400 MHz, memory is running at 400 MHz.
Being a single-slot card, the ATI FirePro 2450 Multi-View does not require any additional power connector, its power draw is rated at 32 W maximum. Display outputs include: 1x VHDCI. FirePro 2450 Multi-View is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface. The card measures 170 mm in length, and features a single-slot cooling solution.
