The title talks about low power, but there is no power consumption information at all. CPU TDP is also a very bad power measure. Actual lab data should be included.

Low power in industry applications usually is not that low to average joe, i might say. I mean for industry, 100W is low power, compared to 10+ kW total power usage in the factory.
For an average Joe, 10W seems low power. For laptop user 5W is low.

The cpu listed the i3-n305 is 15w down configurable for 9w.
8 e-cores at 3.8ghz, far better than the atom n series it replaces.
N100 is available at lower power but the release said i3 n series so...

Well... Intel wants $309 for that cpu so... 500-1000 for an embedded appliance like this is not unexpected.
That said, soft-routers with these chips are available for $309 on ali sooo...
