It's gauranteed to be priced highly because the moment someone mentions industrial, enterprise, mission critical, or defense that means it has to pass all sorts of checks, tests, quality control, and certifications and that drives the cost up. But it also means you won't have to worry about it which is worth the added cost.

I've had regular and gaming products fail over the years. I've yet to have that happen (knocks wood desk) with the workstation class stuff I've built. Many of the vendors I liked (Soyo, Abit, DFI, intel, EVGA) are now out of the game or dropped their consumer products. Sadly ASUS has rolled back on their workstation products outside of their lines for higher end xeons and threadrippers and now pushes them under "creator" and while good and free of RGB vomit they aren't as good as the old WS line. If they rolled out an X870 or a z890 WS or higher class board I'd buy it even if the cost was very steep.

How?

Notice in the pictures there's absolutely no PCI-e expansion slot. You theoretically could use one of those VGA->USB adapters with their own power supply...but at that point you've got a crazy expensive SBC with a (likely) equally priced GPU and enclosure...at which point how expensive the build will be, and the need for ventilation, will make a standard mATX board just about as reasonable for a small fraction of the price.

Those m.2 slots are PCIe...
Use the sata for boot drive. EZ
